Complete optical biometry
The Colombo measures up to 8 values, including
- axial length
- corneal curvature radius
- anterior chamber depth
- central corneal thickness
- white-to-white distance
- pupil size
- retinal thickness.
- choroidal thickness (optional)
Visualizable fixation check

To obtain reliable axial length values, fixation is important during measurement. Colombo allows you to visually verify your measurement, the alignment can be driven to the center of macula. This helps to increase the repeatability of measurement for those patients with poor visual acuity.
More information for retina condition

Although Colombo is not designed for diagnosis of retinal disease, but the high resolution images can offer a basic screening of macular pathology before cataract surgery, which is beneficial for both patients and doctors.
Myopia Progression Analysis

The Colombo IOL provides trend analysis of important parameters in myopia management, such as axial length, AXL variation, AXL/CR ratio, etc. The software incorporates the normative growth curves of Asian school-aged children, making data interpretation and patient education easier.
Choroidal Thickness Analysis*

Studies have found that choroids are thinner in longer, more myopic young adult eyes[2]. The findings suggest that choroidal thickness should be evaluated in myopia management. The Colombo IOL provides HD OCT images and measurement of SFChT for deep study in choroidal layer in myopic eyes.
